1. OUR RETURN POLICY.....
We offer a 30day money back return policy on all our generators. Shipping charges are not refundable. The SG7 electrode does not have return privileges if it has been used. . It cannot be resold. If PWT meters have been used or the calibration solution has been opened no return is allowed. If returning an SG6 you must return 1 unused set of electrodes. If both sets have been used we will charge you for one set. Both sets and the stirring wand must be returned.
2. CALL US.... You must call us at 877-SILVERGEN (745-8374) for assistance.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BY SILVERGEN WITHIN 15 DAYS OF OUR RETURN APPROVAL.
3. MARK THE BOX.......
Your name and address must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or it will be refused. This will speed your return through our warehouse and expedite your exchange or refund.
4. PACK IT......
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE OR A COPY.
All Returned Merchandise MUST be in new condition. All original packaging (original box, packing materials, cables, documentation, etc.) must be included. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a 25% restocking fee for returns if this is not complied with. Hanna Instrument items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Calibration solution that has been opened is not returnable.
5. SEND IT......
All returned merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid (No COD's).
6. Return shipping charges to our customers......
If you have RA (Return Authorization) approval to return a generator to us for warranty repair, we will ship it back to you at our expense. If you send a generator to us without our approval, we will ship it back to you at your expense using the credit card information you provided.
