We ship via UPS Ground in the U.S. If you want expedited shipping or
want to sign for your package for US delivery please let us know by
calling us or sending an email to customer_service@silvergen.com. There is
an additional $3.50 charge for the signature service.
The cart prices are not correct for the SG7 Pro. We will correct the
charge for shipment in theU.S.
Shipping to Alaska And Hawaii will be via UPS Ground and will have
additional charges to cover insurance, handling and shipping fees
Shipping overseas and to Canada should average 3-5 days.
Please check your tracking information frequently to assure you receive
the package in a timely manner and also check your package when received
for damage or missing items. Damage or loss claims MUST be made
immediately if problems occur. Retain ALL packing AND packaging materials.
