We ship UPS in the U.S. The shopping cart shows the
amount in the continental U.S. If you want to sign for your package for US delivery please let us
know by sending an email to

there is an additional $3 charge for this service. We use UPS
Worldwide Expedited to ship all
packages out of the US. We ship UPS Ground to Alaska and Hawaii. If you want us to
let you know the shipping charge before we ship please email us at customer_service@silvergen.com and we will do our best to let you know what
the charge will be.
If we do not hear from you by the date we ship we will
add the UPS INTERNATIONAL or UPS Ground shipping charge to your order. Shipping overseas
should average 3-5 days.

WARRANTY
These generators are covered by our 30 day return policy and one year warranty against
defects in manufacturing. The 30 day return privilege is for items that are in
original condition.

All SG6 generator orders will receive an extra set of .9999 fine silver electrodes at no extra
charge.
