WE USE UPS TO SHIP ALL PACKAGES OUT OF THE US.
Shipping charges are calculated by the shopping cart for contiguous USA ONLY. For orders to Alaska, Canada or international orders please contact us at customer_service@silvergen.com or call 360 732 5091 and we will let you know what the charge will be. If you want to use PAYPAL on out of country orders please email us so we can let you know what the additional charges will be. The cart only shows US charges. If we do not hear from you by the date we ship we will add the UPS shipping charge to your order.
UPS will also collect duty and tax for your country if they need to be collected. We suggest you contact your customs for more information. If you refuse delivery the package will be returned to us and you will be charged for return shipping.

We ship via UPS Ground in the U.S. If you want expedited shipping or want to sign for your package for US delivery please let us know by calling us or sending an email to customer_service@silvergen.com. There is an additional $3.50 charge for the signature service.
The cart shipping price is not correct for the SG7 Pro. We will correct the charge to $28.95 for shipment in the 48 contiguous U.S. states
Shipping to Alaska And Hawaii will be via UPS Ground and will have additional charges to cover insurance, handling and shipping fees
Shipping overseas and to Canada should average 3-5 days.
Please check your tracking information frequently to assure you receive the package in a timely manner and also check your package when received for damage or missing items. Damage or loss claims MUST be made immediately if problems occur. Retain ALL packing AND packaging materials.
